Aqua Floor 3K (Metallic Floor Hardner) is a dry shake, metallic floor hardener with cleaned and graded iron aggregate in a high strength cementitious binder. It provides a dense, tough surface capable of withstanding the abrasion and impact loading which industrial and manufacturing floors are commonly subjected to.

HOW TO USE: The base concrete should have minimum cement content of 350kg per cubic meter with minimum water to cement ratio. When the concrete is just firm enough to take the load of the worker and the equipment and when there is no free standing water broadcast Aqua Floor 3K at the rate of 3.5kg/meter. Carry out first application with power or hand trowel and then broadcast the second layer of powder at right angles to the first layer. Finally carry out power troweling to close the pores and level the surface completely.
